低剂量水合物抑制剂KL-1对原油脱水影响的研究

摘  要:研究了低剂量水合物抑制剂KL-1对油水样品破乳的影响,对高含蜡高含水、高含蜡低含水和低含蜡高含水3种油水样品,考察了KL-1在不同加入浓度下,对油水样品的脱水率、脱水水色和油水界面的影响。实验结果表明:不加破乳剂的情况下,KL-1对油水样品脱水都有抑制作用,不同含蜡含水的油水样品均没有脱水。在加破乳剂的情况下,KL-1对油水样品脱水还是具有抑制作用,最高脱水率只有93%,随着KL-1加入浓度的增大,脱水率减小,乳化液量增多,水色变差。As an inportant chemical for natural gas development. The new low dose hydrate inhibitor KL-1 was studied about the influences on the high waxy high water and high waxy low water and low waxy high water content crude oil.Examines the KL-1 in different concentrations,the dehydration rate of crude oil, dehydrated water and the effect of oil-water interface.The experimental results show that under the condition of without demulsifier,KL-1 has an inhibitory effect on dehydration of crude oil,wax containing different water cut of crude oil are no dehydration. In the case of adding demulsifier,KL-1 has inhibitory effect on crude oil dehydration or,high dehydration rate is only 93 %,with KL-1 joining with the increase of concentration and dehydration rate decreases,and the emulsion increased,water color variation.
