摘 要:山西NG区块煤系地层在本溪、山西、石盒子组不同程度地发育有致密砂岩储层,具有低压致密、含气性差、储层温度低、天然裂缝发育等特点,由于对储层认识不够深入,前期改造过程中存在压裂设计参数与储层条件不匹配、压裂液储层伤害大、现场施工成功率低等问题。为此,针对研究区储层特征研究配套了机械工具分层提高纵向上动用程度、高前置液比例及大排量施工形成复杂裂缝压裂扩大泄流面积的压裂工艺,配套稠化剂浓度为0.25%~0.28%的低浓度低伤害胍胶压裂液体系,压裂液残渣含量较前期降低50%。现场试验7井18层,施工成功率100%,压后单位厚度气层产气量较前期提高47%,为研究区煤系地层致密气藏改造提供了一条有效途径。Shanxi NG block coal measure trata in Benxi,Shanxi,Shihezi have varying degrees of developmental tight sandstone reservoir,which has a low pressure dense gas poor, low reservoir temperature,natural fractures,etc.Due to insufficient understanding of reservoir depth, the presence of fracture design parameters and reservoir conditions do not match, the large fracturing fluid reservoir damage,the low success rate of construction site and other issues during the pre-renovation.For this reason,research reservoir characteristics of the study area for supporting the use of machine tools stratification improve the longitudinal extent, high- hydraulic proportional pre-construction and large displacement fracture fracturing the forma- tion fracturing process complexity expand drainage area,and the supporting thickener con- centration of 0.25 %~0.28 % of the low concentration of low damage guar gum fracturing fluid,fracturing fluid residue content reduced by 50 % the previous month.Field test wells 7,18 layer construction 100 % success rate,after pressure gas reservoir gas production unit thick- ness increase 47 % from the previous month,as the study area coal strata tight gas reservoirs transform provides an effective way.
