蓖麻油环氧化反应研究

摘　　要：蓖麻油为原料,与甲酸、过氧化氢在硫酸催化下,进行蓖麻油的环氧化反应。考察甲酸、过氧化氢、催化剂用量和反应温度对蓖麻油环氧化的影响,得到较优工艺条件,即反应温度60℃,甲酸用量25 mL,双氧水40 mL,浓硫酸4g时,环氧化得到的产物环氧值较高。Castor oil as raw material,and formic acid and hydrogen peroxide in sulfuric acid catalyzed epoxidation of castor oil.Investigation formic acid and hydrogen peroxide,the amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on epoxidation of castor oil and the optimal process conditions,i.e.,the reaction temperature of 60 ℃,25 mL amount of formic acid, hydrogen peroxide 40 mL,concentrated sulfuric acid 4g,epoxidized product of epoxy value was higher.
