摘　　要：近年来,社会经济发展日新月异,职业指导的深度广度渐次加大,结合国内大学生职业指导工作现状,高校应加强科学化研究工作、构筑多元化师资力量、打造层次化课程体系、搭建常态化保障平台,建设高校大学生职业指导工作体系。In recent years,the rapid socio- economic development,the depth and breadth of career guidance gradually increase,combined with the status of domestic college students＇ career guidance. The university should strengthen the scientific research work,and build a diversified faculty,build hierarchical curriculum and build normalization security platform to college students＇ career guidance system.
