高校学生教育管理法治化途径分析

摘　　要：高校学生管理法治化是指高校管理主体在法治观念的指导下,依据相关法治要求,运用法律规范、理念以及原则对学生开展教育管理的过程,是依法治校与依法治国的拓展。本文针对法治化视角下高校学生教育管理的现状,从确立学生为本的管理理念,强化学生权益的保障;健全教育管理系统,实行校内外配合管理;完善教育管理程序,把握管理程序的公正;引入司法申述机制,强化管理权的司法监督四个方面,提出了高校学生教育管理法治化途径。The higher college students management legalization refers to the the process of education management for the management main body to apply the legal norms,concepts and principles under the guidance of the rule of law concept,according to the relevant requirements of rule of law,which is the expansion of managing the college by the rule of law. This paper attempts to strengthen the management of the judicial supervision of four aspects and puts forward the way to college student education management under the rule of law.
