摘　　要：当前,我国经济已步入新常态,我国的对外贸易也随之进入稳增长、调结构、提质量为特征的新常态。新的外贸形势给外贸企业带来了机遇和挑战,对外贸企业的外贸跟单员素质提出了更高的要求。本文从外贸跟单员的重要性和现状出发,就如何提高外贸跟单员的素质提出了建议。At present,China＇s economy has entered the new normal state,China＇s foreign trade has also entered the new normal state which characterized by growing steadily,adjusting structure and improving quality. The new foreign trade situation has brought opportunities and challenges to foreign trade enterprises and has put forward higher requirements on the quality of foreign trade merchandisers. This paper discusses the importance and the current situation of foreign trade merchandisers and puts forward the proposals for enhancing the quality of foreign trade merchandisers.
