摘　　要：2016年3月,备受瞩目的全国两会在北京召开。＂解决3亿多农村人口饮水安全问题＂＂南水北调东、中线工程通水＂＂有效应对自然灾害和突发事件＂＂扩大有效投资,设立专项基金,加强水利等薄弱环节建设＂……新时期治水,党和国家高度关注,也是代表委员们提建议、写提案的重要话题,而这一切,都体现了亿万百姓的殷殷期待——水利话题再热＂两会＂＂扩大水利建设基金等免征范围＂＂重拳治理大气雾霾".After on- site investigation and argument by experts, the ture with Huangshi characteristics, was decided to be the city culture mining and metallurgy culture, a cul- of Huangshi. Construction of the rain- ing and metallurgy culture has been carried out for more than five years in Huangshi. Through field surveys and interviews, the authors draw the following conclusions： the mining and metallurgy culture is widely regar- ded as the city culture of Huangshi by the citizens in Huangshi ; remarkable results have been achieved in the construction of mining and metallurgy culture in Huangshi; holding the mining and metallurgy culture festival is recognized as a good form of cultural construction by the public. However, there are some problems in the cultural construction in Huangshi：more efforts should be made in publicizing Huangshi＇s mining and metallur- gy culture; the protection and utilization of Huangshi mining and metallurgy culture heritage is not enough; and the cultural characteristics of Huangshi are not notable. And the authors put forward some countermeas- ures to solve these problems.
