摘 要:采用半固态搅拌方法添加SiC颗料制备了SiCp/6061铝基复合材料,研究了SiC颗粒添加量对复合材料显微组织、力学性能及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:SiC颗粒在复合材料中分布均匀,其分散性随SiC添加量的增大先提高后下降,当SiC质量分数为20%时达到最佳;随SiC添加量的增大,复合材料的抗拉强度、硬度和耐磨性能增加,伸长率下降,当SiC质量分数为25%时,复合材料的抗拉强度、伸长率和磨损率分别为282 MPa,3.9%,4.563×10-8 mg·mm-1·mm-2,抗拉强度和耐磨性能分别比6061铝合金的提高了64.2%和670%,伸长率则下降了38.1%。The SiCp/6061 aluminum matrix composite was prepared by adding SiC particles with semi-solid stirring method,and then the effects of the adding amounts of SiC particles on microstructures,mechanical properties,wear resistance of the composite were studied.The results show that the SiC particles were distributed evenly in the 6061 aluminum matrix.Moreover the dispersibility first increased then decreased with the increase of SiC particle content and the optimal uniformity was achieved with SiC mass fraction of 20%.With the increase of SiC particle content,the tensile strength,hardness and wear resistance of the composite increased while the elongation decreased.When the mass fraction of SiC particles was 25%,the tensile strength,elongation and wear rate of the composite was 282 MPa,3.9%,4.563×10-8 mg·mm-1·mm-2 respectively.Comparing to those of the6061 aluminum alloy,the tensile strength and wear resistance were improved by 64.2% and 670% respectively while the elongation decreased by 38.1%.
