摘  要:本文通过正交试验,就引气剂,稳泡剂,可再分散乳胶粉和纤维素醚掺量对稻壳保温砂浆的物理,力学以及保温性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:引气剂的掺入可以进一步降低砂浆的干表观密度,改善其保温性能,同时也可提高砂浆的流动性;在砂浆中掺入稳泡剂可获得均匀稳定的泡沫;可再分散乳胶粉可以提高砂浆的粘结性,纤维素醚可提高砂浆的保水性。用稻壳做骨料既节约了成本,又减少了农作物废弃物对环境的污染,重要的是降低了砂浆的干表观密度。试验表明,采用稻壳作为轻质骨料制备保温砂浆是可行的。The effect of air- entraining agent,foam stabilizer,redispersible powdered late and cellulose ether on the physical,mechanical and thermal insulation properties of rice husk insulation mortar was studied by orthogonal experiment. The results shows that dry apparent density was reduced,the insulation performance was improved and the fluidity of rice husk insulation mortar was improved by the mixture of air- entraining agent. The uniform and stable foam can be obtained by adding foam stabilizer in the mortar. The adhesion of the mortar was improved by redispersible powdered late. The water retention of the mortar was improved by cellulose ether. Making aggregates with rice husk not only saves cost,but also reduces environmental pollution. This study tells us it is feasible to make insulation mortar with rice husk being lightweight aggregate.
