高原驻训对医护人员脑内神经递质的影响

摘  要:目的探索高原驻训对医护人员脑内神经递质的影响。方法试验组为60名医护人员,分别于平原期与高原期使用脑电超慢涨落图技术(ET)进行神经递质检测,得到乙酰胆碱(Ach)、谷氨酸(Glu)、多巴胺(DA)、强兴奋介质(EXC)、乙酰胆碱受体(Ach R)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、深抑制介质(INH)等9种神经递质检测值,并计算相关神经递质的比值,将结果进行自身配对分析。结果在神经递质检测值中,与平原期相比,高原期被试Ach R、INH值显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),DA、NE、EXC值显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);在相关神经递质的比值比较中,与平原期相比,高原期被试5-HT/DA比值显著增高(P<0.05),Ach/Ach R、EXC/INH比值显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);差异均有统计学意义。结论高原低氧导致医护人员脑功能活动受到抑制,其中单胺类神经递质受影响最大。[Objective] To explore the effect of plateau training on neurotransmitters level of doctors and nurses. [ Methods] 60participants(doctors and nurses) were recruited in this study. Their neurotransmitter levels on the plain area and the plateau area were examined respectively,by using the encephalofluctuograph technology(ET). The neurotransmitter included Ach,Glu,DA,EXC,Ach R,GABA,5-HT,NE and INH. The measured value and the ratio of related neurotransmitters were analyzed. [Results] The levels of Ach R and INH in the plateau group were significantly higher than those in the plain group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and the levels of DA,NE and EXC in the plateau group were significantly lower than those in the plain group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). As for the ratios of related neurotransmitters,the 5-HT/DA value in the plateau group was significantly higher than that in the plain group(P〈0.05),and the values of Ach/Ach R and EXC/INH in the plateau group were significantly lower than those in the plain group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). All differences were statistically significant. [Conclusion] The low oxygen environment of plateau could suppress the brain functions activity in doctors and nurses,which shows the biggest influences on the monoamine neurotransmitters.
