军事飞行人员症状自评量表的编制及其信效度研究

摘　　要：目的编制军事飞行人员症状自评量表,并检验其信度和效度。方法通过中国精神疾病诊断标准（CCMD-3）、德尔菲法（Delphi Technique）和问卷调查,形成初步量表;采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子技术,对量表的内在结构进行探讨;在397名男性军事飞行人员中施测并进行信度及效度检验。结果确定量表由80个条目组成,分属3个维度8个因子,心理A维度27条,心理B维度31条,心理C维度22条;Cronbachα系数各因子为0.930~0.952。总量表为0.948（P〈0.01）;探索性因子分析显示各因子的因素负荷均在0.6以上;总量表以及各因子与症状自评量表（SCL-90）的总分及相应维度的相关系数为0.197~0.687（P〈0.01）。结论编制的军事飞行人员症状自评量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于评估军事飞行人员心理状态的症状及其严重程度。[Objective] To develop the symptom checklist for military pilots（SCL-MP）,test its reliability and validity.[Methods]By semeiology standard of CCMD-3,Delphi Technique and questionnaire survey,the initial scale were formed. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were applied to investigate the inner structure of SCL-MP. 397 male military pilots were evaluated by SCL-MP,and the reliability and validity were tested. [Results] The SCL-MP was composed by 80 items,3 dimensions and 8factors. Dimension A included 27 items,dimension B included 31 items,dimension C included 22 items. The Cronbach αcoefficient of SCL-MP was 0.948,each factors were 0.930-0.952（P 〈0.01）. Exploratory factor analysis showed that loading of factors were all above 0.6. The correlation coefficients between SCL-MP and each factors with SCL-90 and corresponding dimensions were 0.197-0.687（P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The SCL-MP has a good reliability and validity,which can be used in evaluating the symptoms of mental status and its severity.
