摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入,市场经济的不断繁荣,特别是城乡与农村经济建设的快速推进,现有的卫生监督体系和监管模式受到较大的挑战,在乡镇、街道及农村地区,面临着卫生监督力量不足、管理体制不畅、监管手段缺乏的局面。因此,通过不断加大卫生体制改革力度,推动卫生监督体系建设,设置卫生监督派出机构,使卫生监督工作重心下移,关口前移,服务半径减少,触角延伸到基层,从而有利于及时、到位、全面地开展卫生监督工作,保障人民群众的健康安全。With the continuous development of China＇s reform and opening up,as well as the booming market economy,especially the rapid development of urban and rural economic construction,the existing health supervision system and supervision mode face greater challenges. In the towns,sub-districts and rural areas,there are the problems of lack of health supervision strength,unprosperous management system and insufficient supervision means. Therefore,it is important to increase the intensity of the health system reform,promote health supervision system construction,set up the health supervision dispatched agencies,move down the health supervision work to grass-roots units,and reduce service radius,so as to implement the health supervision work fully and accurately,and ensure the public health and safety.
