摘  要:[目的]研究不同浓度镧(La)对铅(Pb)胁迫下绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的作用。[方法]绿豆中绿1号为试材,以蒸馏水为对照(CK),研究在15 mg/L Pb胁迫下,0、5、15、25、50、100 mg/L La对绿豆种子的萌发率、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗根长、茎长及叶绿素和VC含量的影响。[结果]低浓度(5~15 mg/L)的La能够缓解Pb胁迫对绿豆幼苗的毒害,随着La浓度的增加,缓解效果越好;当La浓度大于15 mg/L时,对Pb的缓解作用逐渐减弱,当La浓度为100 mg/L时与Pb协同迫害绿豆幼苗的生长。[结论]15 mg/L La对15 mg/L Pb胁迫下绿豆种子的毒性缓解效果最佳。[Objective] To research the relaxation effects of different concentrations of lanthanum on the seed germination and seedling growth of Vigna radiata under lead stress. [Method] By using V. radiata Zhonglv 1 as the research material,we detected the effects of 0,5,15,25,50 and 100 mg / L lanthanum on the chlorophyll content,Vc content,seed germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,seedling root length and stem length,with distilled water as the control( CK). [Result] Lanthanum at low concentration( 5- 15 mg / L) relaxed the toxic effects of lead stress on V. radiata seedlings. With the increase of lanthanum concentration,relaxation effects became better. When the lanthanum concentration was greater than 15 mg / L,relaxation effects gradually reduced. When lanthanum concentration was 100 mg / L,V. radiata seedlings stooped growing. [Conclusion]15 mg / L lanthanum has the optimal toxic relaxation effects on V. radiata seedling under15 mg / L lead.
