摘 要:[目的]筛选有机蓝莓园大窠蓑蛾的有效生物防治药剂。[方法]采用室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,测定棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、苏云金杆菌、球孢白僵菌、绿僵菌4种目前常用的生物药剂对大窠蓑蛾幼虫的防治效果。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:棉铃虫核型多角体病毒的杀虫活性最高,LD_(50)为2.15×10~6PIB/m L,4种生物药剂对大窠蓑蛾幼虫毒力由高到低依次为棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、苏云金杆菌、球孢白僵菌、绿僵菌;田间药效试验结果表明:药后10 d各药剂的防治效果均超过50%,以棉铃虫核型多角体病毒处理防效最高,为94.17%。[结论]棉铃虫核型多角体病毒可作为防治大窠蓑蛾幼虫的首选药剂,建议在7~9月进行喷药,即在大窠蓑蛾幼虫期的2~3龄以前效果最好。[Objective] To screen out effective medicament against Clania variegate Snellen in organic blueberry plantation. [Method]Through indoor toxicity determination and field efficacy experiment,the control efficacy of 4 commonly used medicament( Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus,Bacillus thuringiensis,Beauveria bassiana and Metarrhizium anisopliae) against Clania variegate Snellen was determined. [Result] The results of laboratory tests showed that the insecticidal activity of Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus is the highest,LD_(50) for 2. 15 × 10~6 PIB / m L; the toxicity from high to low is Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus Bacillus thuringiensis Beauveria bassiana Metarrhizium anisopliae. The results of field efficacy showed that efficacy of each medicament after applying 10 d is above50%,Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus is the highest as 94. 17%. [Conclusion] Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus can be used as preferred reagent for controlling Clania variegate larva. The medicament should be applied during July-September,namely before 2- 3 years old of Clania vaiegate larva.
