摘  要:[目的]研究榧树雄球花发育过程中可溶性蛋白的动态变化,以进一步分离与花芽分化相关的特异蛋白。[方法]以榧树雄株花芽及芽基部叶片为材料,测定分析雄球花发育过程中可溶性蛋白含量以及特异蛋白组分的动态变化。[结果]在雄球花发育过程中,花枝叶片的可溶性蛋白存在2个表达高峰,分别在鳞片分化期和二核期花粉粒形成期;而花芽中的可溶性蛋白含量呈现一直下降的趋势。SDS-PAGE分析结果也表明,在雄球花发育的不同阶段,在花枝叶片和花芽中均出现了特异的蛋白谱带。[结论]为了解榧树雄球花发育的生理过程和进一步研究香榧成花调控提供了依据。[Objective] To study the dynamics of soluble protein in development process of Torreya grandis staminate strobili,and further isolate specific proteins related to flower bud differentiation.[Method]With male plant flower bud and bud base leaves as materials,the dynamics of soluble protein content and specific protein components during development were determined and analyzed. [Result] During the development of staminate strobili,there were two expression peaks for the soluble proteins in the leaves,which were shown at the microsporophyll differentiation stage and bi-nuclear pollen stage,respectively; while in staminate strobili,the contents of soluble proteins presented the downward trend. Meanwhile,analysis of the SDS-PAGE also indicated that several specific protein components were shown in the leaves and staminate strobili.[Conclusion] The study results can provide reference for understanding the physiological process of Torreya grandis staminate strobili,and further research of flowering regulation of Torreya grandis.
