摘　　要：针对四平昊融银业选矿厂磨矿分级流程存在球磨机处理量低、分级系统冗杂、分级效率低以及矿浆流量、渣浆泵与旋流器匹配不稳定等问题及选矿厂扩能增产的需要,进行了技术改造。通过对磨矿分级工艺及设备的改造优化,解决了流程中存在的问题,并提高了原矿处理量及浮选的浓度、细度,节约了能源,同时银、金的金属回收率分别提高0.5%和1%,年创产值1 500万,经济效益显著。In light of the problems like low treatment capacity of ball mills,lengthy classification flowsheet,inefficient classification,and incompatible pulp flow,slurry pulp and cyclone taking place in the classification process as well as the requirement of expansion in capacity and output,in the ore-dressing plant of Siping Haorong Silver Industry Co.,Ltd.,a technical renovation was conducted. Through optimization of the grinding classification process and the renovation of equipment,the problems in the process were solved. Besides,the treatment capacity of raw ores as well as the flotation concentration and fineness was increased. The renovation reduced energy consumption,and the recovery of silver and gold was increased by 0. 5 % and 1 % respectively,creating significant annual profits of 15 million yuan.
