摘 要:本文以现有温控理论为技术支撑,结合大体积混凝土防裂工作中的关键技术难题,开发了混凝土坝防裂智能监控系统,以混凝土温控施工监控的智能化促进温控施工的精细化,达到大体积混凝土防裂的根本目的。该系统在构成上由感知—分析—控制三部分组成,在功能实现上包括关键模型、软件系统及硬件设备。最后,介绍了该系统在某工程的应用情况,效果良好。Taking the existing theory of temperature control as the technical support,a concrete dam cracking intelligent monitoring and control system is developed closely in combination with the key technical problems occurred during the anti-cracking of mass concrete,i. e. promoting the refinement of the construction of temperature control with the intelligentization of the monitoring and control of the construction of temperature control for getting the basic target of the anti-cracking of mass concrete. From the aspect of its composition,the mass concrete intelligent monitoring and control system consists of three parts,i. e. perceptionanalysis-control,while it includes key model,software system and hardware system from the aspect of its function realization.Finally,the application of this system to a hydropower project with a better effect is described herein as well.
