摘 要:目的检测分析乌鲁木齐地区布鲁氏菌病患者治疗前后免疫球蛋白含量的变化及意义。方法对治疗前后布鲁氏菌病患者和同期健康体检者的血清采用速率散射免疫比浊法检测免疫球蛋白的含量。结果治疗前布鲁氏菌病患者,血清IgG和IgM含量分别为(18.27±7.95)g/L和(2.92±1.25)g/L,明显高于对照组(7.32±3.72)g/L和(1.60±0.64)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但对于IgA的含量,病例组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后病例组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和IgM含量明显降低,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测布鲁氏菌病患者机体免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平的变化有助于临床布鲁氏菌病的诊治。Objective To examine changes of serum immunoglobulin in patients with brucellosis before and aftertreatment in Urumqi. Methods Serum immunoglobulin concentrations in brucellosis patients were examined before and aftertreatment in comparison to healthy volunteers using rate nephelometric immunoassay. Results Before treatment, serum levelsof IgG and IgM in brucellosis patients were(18.27±7.95) g/L and(2.92±1.25) g/L respectively, which were significantly higherthan in healthy controls which were(7.32±3.72)g/L and(1.60±0.64)g/L respectively(P〈0.05 respectively), while serum IgAlevel was similar between patients and controls(P〈0.05). After treatment, levels of IgG,IgA and IgM reduced significantly inpatients to the levels similar to their healthy counterparts(P〈0.05 respectively). Conclusion Examining changes of serumIgG, IgA and IgM in patients with brucellosis before and after treatment benefits diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis inclinical practice.
