摘　　要：应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定齿科合金中Au和In的方法进行了不确定度的合理评定。分析该方法不确定度的主要来源为试样称量、标准溶液配制、校准曲线拟合及测量重复性等;计算了各分量的相对标准不确定度,得出Au和In含量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。The uncertainty of Au and In contents in dental alloys was reasonably evaluated by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry（ ICP-AES） Analytical results were from weighing the sample,preparation of standard solution,fitting the standard curve,the instrument and glassware used in the experiment and repeatability of measurement. The relative standard uncertainty of components was calculated,and finally the composed uncertainty of Au and In content was calculated.
