泰山赤灵芝多糖提取物对骨质疏松大鼠骨量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究泰山赤灵芝多糖提取物对去卵巢雌性Wistar大鼠全身骨大小及骨量的影响。方法:选用4月龄雌性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组,10只为正常对照组,40只大鼠去除双侧卵巢,其中30只分别注射不同剂量(10 g/kg,5 g/kg,1 g/kg)的泰山赤灵芝多糖提取物,剩余10只为模型组。实验结束后,取大鼠右股骨进行骨大小、骨量的测定。结果:去卵巢大鼠骨大小、骨量均低于正常对照组;但给予泰山赤灵芝多糖提取物干预后,骨大小、骨量均较模型组增加。结论:泰山赤灵芝多糖提取物具有抑制骨量丢失、预防骨质疏松的良好作用。Objective： To study the effect of Taishan red ganoderma lucidum extract（ TGLE） on bone size and bone mass in the whole body of ovariectomized female Wistar rats. Methods： A total of 50 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.There were 10 in normal control group. And bilateral ovaries in 40 rats were removed,30 of which were injected with different doses（ 10 g/kg,5 g/kg,1 g/kg） of TGLE,and the remaining 10 were the control group. The bone size and bone mass of the right femur were measured after the experiment. Results： The bone size and bone mass in ovariectomized rats were lower than those in normal control group,but the bone size and bone mass were increased by TGLE. Conclusion： TGLE have good effect in inhibiting bone loss,preventing osteoporosis.
