高能聚焦超声治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察高能聚焦超声治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:运用CZB型超声波鼻炎治疗仪对1 421例过敏性鼻炎患者进行治疗,使用鼻内镜于聚焦超声治疗前,治疗后第1周、第2周、第12周采集图像作对比观察。按照2004年兰州会议修订的"变应性鼻炎的治疗原则和推荐方案",采用计分法评定其疗效。结果:聚焦超声治疗后鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕等症状明显缓解。治疗后第1周、第2周、第12周总有效率分别为91.27%、91.49%、92.68%。结论:高能聚焦超声治疗过敏性鼻炎具有微创、安全性高、疗效可靠的特点。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods： A total of 1 421 cases of allergic rhinitis from May 2009 to Mar 2015 were treated by a CZB ultrasound therapeutic system.Nasal endoscopic images were collected and comparatively observed before and at 1,2 and 12 weeks after the therapy. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by clinical symptoms being scored,according to the Chinese Lanzhou principle of treatment and recommendation program for allergic rhinitis（ 2004）. Results： The symptom of nasa litching,rhinorrhea and sneezingwas obviously relieved.The total effective rate was 91. 27%,91. 49%,92. 68% after 1,2 and 12 week＇s follow up. Conclusion： The treatment of allergic rhinitis with high intensity focused ultrasound is minimally invasive and safe with reliable efficacy.
