一种复方皮肤黏膜消毒剂的病毒灭活效果及稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的观察某复方皮肤黏膜消毒剂对病毒灭活效果及其相关性能。方法采用悬液定量灭活试验和理化分析方法,对该复方皮肤黏膜消毒剂灭活病毒的效果及其稳定性进行实验观察。结果该复方皮肤黏膜消毒剂含有效碘1 500 mg/L和季铵盐2 000 mg/L。以其原液作用1.5 min,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒I型(PV-I)平均灭活对数值均>4.00。密封包装置于37℃条件下存放3个月,其有效成分下降率均<10%。擦拭消毒受试者前臂并作用1 min,对皮肤表面的自然菌平均杀灭对数值为2.33。结论该皮肤黏膜消毒剂对病毒灭活效果好,性能稳定。Objective To observe the viral inactivity effect of a compound disinfectant of skin and mucosa and the relevant properties. Methods Suspension quantitative inactivity test and physical and chemical analysis were used to observe the viral inactivity effect and stability of the disinfectant in the laboratory. Results The compound disinfectant contained available iodine 1 500 mg / L and quaternary ammonium salt 2 000 mg / L. The average killing logarithm value of Poliovirus in suspension was above 4. 00 by the disinfectant for 1. 5 min. Stored the tight packed disinfectant at 37℃ for 3 months,the decrease rate of available content were less 10%. The killing logarithm value of natural bacterial on the skin was 2. 33 after scrubbed the forearm for 1 min. Conclusion The disinfectant of skin and mucous membrane has good viral inactivity effect with good stability.
