摘  要:目的研究酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外生物膜清除效果。方法采用细菌定量检测和扫描电镜观察方法,对EOW清楚临床分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌人工培养生物膜的效果进行观察。结果3组不同p H值EOW作用5 min和10 min清除率均达99%以上,作用20 min清除率均达100%,3组之间的清除率无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论不同p H值的EOW对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外细菌生物膜均具有较好的清除作用,p H值为6.0~7.0的EOW无腐蚀性,可用于临床细菌生物膜感染的创面和伤口等。Objective To research the effects of Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water( EOW) in removing biofilms of multi- drug resistant P. Aeruginosa in vitro. Methods Bacterial quantitative test and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the effects of EOW in removing the biofilms cultivated by artificial rearing of multi- drug resistant P. Aeruginosa which were isolated from clinic. Results The bacterial eradication rates of multi- drug resistant P. Aeruginosa biofilms exposed to EOW of different p H for 5 min and 10 min were above 99%. Multi- drug resistant P. Aeruginosa biofilms could be cleared entirely within 20 min when exposed to the three p H EOW. There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The three p H EOW have strong eradication on the biofilms of multi- drug resistant P.Aeruginosa,and the EOW of p H between 6. 0 and 7. 0 is non- corrosive,so which can be used for disinfection of the multiple drug- resistant bacteria infection wound.
