摘 要:目的研究集束化清洁消毒模式对降低重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染率的作用。方法通过卫生学监测和医院感染目标性监测方法,对集束化清洁消毒模式降低某医院ICU医院感染率的效果作出评价。结果采用集束化清洁消毒模式的观察组病房物体表面、医务人员手和医疗仪器表面卫生质量平均合格率为73.68%,明显高于对照组的43.66%。在研究期间,对照组收治患者922例,医院感染发生率为18.22%;观察组收治患者1 072例,医院感染发生率为11.47%,两组感染率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集束化清洁消毒模式能明显改善ICU病区环境卫生,对防控医院感染具有一定作用。Objective To study the effect of bundle cleaning and disinfection approach on reducing nosocomial infections in intensive care unit( ICU). Methods Hygiene and objective nosocomial infection monitor were used to evaluate the effect of bundle cleaning and disinfection approach on reducing nosocomial infections in ICU of a hospital. Results In observation group which bundle cleaning and disinfection approach was implemented,the average qualified rate of hygienic quality of objects surfaces,hands of hospital staff,and medical instruments surfaces was 73. 68%,which was apparently higher than that of control group( 43. 66%). In control group,922 patients were treated during the study period,the nosocomial infection rate was 18. 22%. While in experiment group,the nosocomial infection rate was 11. 47% in 1 072 patients,which showed a statistically significant difference( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Bundle Cleaning and Disinfection Approach can improve the environmental health of the ICU significantly and has certain effect on preventing and controlling nosocomial infections.
