2004-2014年重庆市部分医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市医疗机构近11年的消毒灭菌状况,指导医院感染控制及消毒灭菌管理工作。方法采用现场抽检方法,对2004-2014年重庆市26家医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行监测与评价。结果连续11年从重庆市26所医疗机构中,共采集不同消毒对象21 092件,消毒质量平均合格率为99.51%。5种不同类型医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率为99.40%～99.64%。监测的各种消毒对象中,消毒和灭菌质量合格率为94.46%～100.00%,无菌器械和压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测合格率分别为99.88%和98.87%。结论重庆市医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量总体较好,应重点关注无菌器械灭菌质量和压力蒸汽灭菌管理。Objective To know the general situation of the disinfection and sterilization of medical institution in Chongqing in the last 11 years,as well as to guide hospital infections control and disinfection management of medical institutions.Methods Sampling on the spot was used to monitor and evaluate the disinfection and sterilization quality of more than 26 medical institutions from 2004 to 2014 in Chongqing. Results A total of 21 092 samples were collected from 26 medical institutions in Chongqing during the last 11 years. The total average qualification rate of hygiene disinfection quality was99. 51%. Five different types of medical institutions disinfection quality monitoring compliance rate ranged from 99. 40% to99. 64%. The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization quality of objects in the monitoring ranged from 94. 46% to100. 00%,the qualified rate of sterilized instruments and pressure steam sterilizer were 99. 88% and 98. 87% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions in Chongqing is good. However,more importance should be attached to the disinfection quality of sterile equipment and pressure steam sterilization.
