摘　　要：目的了解医院感染现状,抗菌药物使用和病原学标本送检等情况,为制定医院感染防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查、床旁调查与住院病历调查相结合的方法,对某医院住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查当日该医院实际住院患者1 212例,实查1 208例,实查率99.67%。查出医院感染患者15例,医院感染现患率为1.24%。感染患者主要分布在重症医学科(ICU),医院感染现患率为44.44%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主,构成比为71.43%。调查当日治疗用抗菌药物患者病原学标本送检率为23.73%,从15例感染患者送检标本中检出病原菌7株。抗菌药物使用率为50.08%,治疗用药占59.50%,以一联用药为主。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率较低,但重点部位突出,应以加强ICU医院感染防控和提高标本送检率为重点措施。Objective To investigate nosocomial infection status,antimicrobial drug use and pathogenic specimens,in order to provide a scientific basis for the measures of prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in a hospital was investigated by using the method of crosssectional survey,bedside investigation and hospital medical record. Results 1 212 cases were found in the hospital on the same day,1 208 cases were checked,and the rate was 99. 67%. 15 cases had hospital infection,hospital infection rate was 1. 24%. Infection patients were mainly distributed in intensive care unit（ ICU）,the hospital infection rate was 44. 44%; the main infection site was the respiratory tract infection,and the proportion was 71. 43%. Investigation on the day of treatment with antibacterial drugs pathogens in patients with specimen submission rate was 23. 73%,and from 15 cases of infection patients specimens detected 7 strains of pathogenic bacteria. The usage rate of antimicrobial agents was 50. 08%,and the treatment rate was59. 50%,most were single using. Conclusion The hospital infection prevalence rate of this hospital patients is low,but key parts is prominent. To strengthen the hospital ICU infection prevention and control are the key measures of improving the specimens yield.
