摘　　要：为了提高图书馆管理的综合效益,充分发挥图书馆在知识存储、传播、再加工以及实践应用等环节的价值,提出了以知识应用增值为目标的图书馆管理模式建设方案,并在此基础上将多种企业管理理念、成本核算策略、服务方式优化措施融入图书馆管理模式中,最大化地发挥图书馆的服务潜力。In order to improve the comprehensive benefit of library management and give full play to the library＇s value in the knowledge storage, transmission, re-processing and practical application, this paper puts forward a scheme of establishing library＇s management mode aiming at the knowledge application appreciation, and based on this, integrates enterprise＇s various management concepts, cost accounting policies and service mode optimization measures into library＇s management mode to maximize the service potential of the library.
