摘　　要：在政治活动中常常要遇到各种判断选择的问题,这些问题往往因为缺乏数据支撑而使得决策变得困难,因此需要一种比较合适的决策方法来为政治活动中的某类决策问题提供决策依据.通过对政策研讨会参加与否这类政治活动倾向问题的分析,基于层次分析法建立了政策研讨会参加与否综合评价数学模型,并运用集对分析联系数方法,对政策研讨会参与倾向进行了科学分析.实例分析表明了该方法的可行性和有效性.In political activities, all sorts of choice problems, resulting in decision difficulty for lack of data support, are often encountered. In the paper, it is investigated how to make scientific decision for events in political activities by employing technical approaches. And it is also analyzed and discussed how to apply AHP methods to decision making problems through policy seminars. Based on this approach, it establishes a mathematical model of comprehensive assessment whether attend policy seminars or not. Using set pairs analyzed connection number method, we can analyze scientifically the tendency of policy seminars conducted. Numerical experiments verify feasibility and effectiveness of the suggested approach.
