摘　　要：某海外铁路项目在合同执行过程中发现,很多施工项在原合同的价格清单中并未预计到,同时也有很多既有价格项的工程量在当时已经用完。鉴于此,项目部及时主动地向业主提出了合同变更的要求。论文对该项目的索赔过程进行总结,提出可行的索赔技巧,为同类工程提供参考实例。In some overseas railway project in the implementation of the contract process found in, a lot of construction item in the original contract price list is not expected to and many existing price of engineering quantity at the time had run out. In view of this, the project in a timely manner to the owners of the requirements of the contract change. The claims process of the project are summarized,and put forward feasible skills, provide reference for similar engineering.
