摘　　要：通过对卷烟生产企业的信息化规划和工业4.0时代下两化深度融合,以及建设数字化工厂目标的描述,论述了构建卷包数据采集管理系统的必要性;根据国内大多数卷烟企业生产制造现状和信息化水平,提出了数据采集管理系统的建设目标、思路和原则;通过运用SOA/OPC/XML等技术,以及分层设计的思想和方法,结合数采系统的建设内容,对系统的功能框架、技术架构进行了规划和探讨,并总结得出系统的成功建设将为打造一个数字化、信息化、智能化的优秀工厂提供强有力的技术支撑。Through the deep integration of informatization and industrialization under the informatization planning and Industry 4.0 of cigarette manufacturers, and the description of the goal to establish a digital factory, the necessity is discussed to create the cigarette packer data acquisition and management system. Subject to the manufacturing status quo and informationization level of most domestic cigarette manufacturers, the goals, ideas and principles are proposed for the construction of data acquisi- tion and management system. In combination with the construction contents of the data acquisition system, the function frame- work and technical architecture of such system are planned and discussed with the Service-oriented Architecture （SOA）/OLE for Process Control （OPC）/Extensible Markup Language （XML） and the hierarchical design method. Finally, it is concluded that the successful construction of such system will provide strong technical support to build a superior factory integrated with digitalization, informatization and intelligentization.
