摘  要:提出了同步磁阻电动机一种新型渐变ALA栅格转子结构,采用有限元逼近方法研究影响转矩脉动的转子栅格结构参数。以转矩脉动为优化设计目标,根据每半对极下定子槽数、转子等价虚槽数与栅格层数和栅格所跨过的定子槽与相邻定子齿的单元个数的关系,推出了ALA栅格转子结构参数与转矩脉动的数学关系表达式,且栅格具有渐变特点。与常规等距ALA栅格转子结构进行实验对比分析,证明提出的新型转子结构的同步磁阻电动机转矩平滑性好,较好地抑制了转矩脉动。A new type rotor with ALA (axially laminated anisotropic) gradient structure of synchronous reluctance motor was presented, and the influence of the lattice parameters of rotor on torque ripple was researched by using the finite element approximation method. Taking the torque ripple as optimization target, according to the stator slot numbers of everypole, rotor equivalent virtual slot numbers, and the relationship between the layer numbers of grid and unit numbers of gridacross the stator slot with adjacent stator tooth, the mathematical relational expression of the relationship between ALA gridstructural parameters and the torque ripple was reduced. Compared with the common ALA grid structure through experiments, the proposed method can make torque smooth and reduce torque ripple.
