地佐辛复合依托咪酯在降低初孕妇女人工流产术后应激反应的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:地佐辛复合依托咪酯在降低初孕妇女人工流产术后应激反应的临床效果差异。方法:选择200例已婚初孕妇女,随机分为A组和B组,每组各100例。A组初孕妇女采用地佐辛复合依托咪酯镇痛和抗应激;B组初孕妇女单独给予依托咪酯镇痛和抗应激。观察两组初孕妇女人工流产术后应激反应的各项指标,包括平均动血压(MAP)、心率(HR)、脉搏(P)、呼吸频率(RR)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:A组初孕妇女较好的抑制了常见的术后应激反应;B组患者的抑制术后应激反应欠佳,总不良反应发生率A组明显低于B组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛复合依托咪酯用于初孕妇女人工流产术,临床镇痛效果确切,有效抑制术后应激反应,不良反应发生率降低。Objective To evaluate differences in clinical effects of Dezocine coupled with Etomidate in alleviating the stress response after artificial abortion for primigravida women. Methods： 200 primigravida women were randomly divided into A and B groupswith 100 cases of each group. A group was given Dezocine coupled with Etomidate while B group was administered with single Etomidate for relieving pain and anti-stress. After artificial abortion, several measurements representing the stress response were performed：mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （HR）, pulse （P）, respiratory rate （RR） and visual analog scale （VAS）. Results： Agroup showed a positive control of the stress response after the artificial abortion and had a significantly lower incidence of total untoward effects compared to group B （P〈0. 05）. There was the statistical difference in the VAS score between the two groups （P〈0. 05）.Conclusions： For the primigravida women, Dezocine coupled with Etomidate can definitely alleviate the pain after the artificial abortion, effectively inhibit the postoperative stress response, and decrease the incidence of the untoward effects.
