摘　　要：目的:了解洛阳市市区医养结合养老机构养老人员的基本现状。方法:采用自编的调查问卷对81名居住在医养结合机构中老年人施以问卷调查。结果:被调差的入住老年人身体健康较差,绝大多数老年人能在医养结合机构满足自己生活及心理需求,对于医养结合机构的服务满意度较高,对住宿及护理不够满意。结论:医养结合是提高老龄化人口生活质量,降低养老成本的一条有效途径,但在政策和资金上仍需加大投入。Objective To survey basic situations of pension personnel in institutions of medical care and elderly care combination of Luoyang. Methods： Using a self-made questionnaire, 81 old people living in the combined institutions was investigated. Results： The elderly in the institutions of medical care and elderly care combination in Luoyang had poor physical health, and the vastmajority could satisfy their life and the psychological demand, and had a higher satisfaction on the services, but were not satisfied withaccommodation and care services. Conclusions： The institution of medical care and elderly care combination is an effective way to improve the quality of life and reduce pension costs, but it should strengthen the policy and capital inputs.
