摘　　要：《国家新型城镇化规划(2014–2020年)》(简称《规划》),明确了我们要走的是"以人为本、四化同步、优化布局、生态文明、文化传承"的中国特色新型城镇化道路,是指导我国城镇化健康发展的宏观战略规划。推进以人为核心的城镇化是《规划》最大的亮点。这是以人为本的城镇化,也是对土地城镇化误区的一种反思和纠正。以人为核心的城镇化,包括人口市民化、人的现代化、人的社会化和人的社区化等核心要义和现实路径。The National New-type Urbanization Project (2014-2020) "(hereinafter referred to as" Project ") makes clear what we want to go is a new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics with"people-oriented, four modernizations synchronization, optimized layout, ecological civilization and cultural heritage". It is a macroscopic strategic project to guide the healthy development of the national urbanization. Promoting the human-centered urbanization is the biggest bright spot of the "Project". It is the people-oriented urbanization and also a reflection and correcton to the land urbanization error. Human-centered urbanization covers the core principles and realistic routines including population citizenization, human modernization, human socialization and human communitization.
