新型城镇化中近郊村落的非常规行动逻辑

摘　　要：新型城镇化突出了农村的主体地位,因此概括、解释农村在城镇化中表现出的行动逻辑具有重要的意义,而"非常规行动"理论为我们提供了一个很好的解释框架,近郊村因为其特殊性而成为我们的考察对象。近郊村在边缘化、新型城镇化的背景下,做出了一系列规范的及失范的非常规行动,这些非常规行动具有非预测性和不确定性、自主性、个案性、粗放性、普遍性和常规性等特征,而规范的非常规行动有助于推动城镇化的改革与创新,并增加近郊村应对城镇化的资本。This paper probes into the domonant position of the new-type urbanization in Chinese rural areas. Therefore, it is siginificantly meaningful to summarize and interpret the action logic embodied in the urbanization of the rural areas. Thetheory of “unconventional action” has provided for us a wonderful framework for our suburban village. Suburban villages become the object of the investigation because of its particularity. The suburban villages have made a series of normal orr anomic unconventional action at the background of the new-type urbanization. All these actions possess such features as non-predictability, uncertainty, autonomy, individuality, extensiveness, universality and conventionality. While, the normative unconventional action contributes to the promotion of the reform and innovation for the urbanization.Besides, such an action tends to increase the capital of suburban villages for the coming of the urbanization.
