摘　　要：针对热变形及维卡软化点温度测试仪的在线校准,使用数据采集器对动态温度数据进行采集和分析。本文推荐了两种不同的温度参数在线校准方法。利用测量数据进行比对,并评定了测量不确定度。分析并结合两种方法的优劣得到最佳的温度参数校准结果。In order to perform an online calibration of the HDT&VICAT instrument, the dynamic temperature data are acquisited and analyzed with the data acquisition unit(DAV). Two different online calibration methods for temperature parameters are recommended. By the comparison of their calibration data and the evaluation of their uncertainty, the advantages and disadvantages of two calibration methods are analyzed and combined, and the optimal calibration results of temperature parameters are obtained.
