摘　　要：选用不同螺旋升角、不同牙型角、不同螺距的螺纹校对规,采用三针法测量圆柱外螺纹的单一中径。分别使用近似公式和精确公式计算圆柱外螺纹单一中径的测量结果。对比圆柱外螺纹单一中径精确公式和近似公式的计算结果,进而得出近似公式和精确公式分别适用的范围。Seveval plug gauges with different helix angles, tooth angles and pitchs were adopted to measure single pitch diameters of external cylindrical threads by the three-needle method.Two kinds of formulae, precise and approximate, were used respectively to calculate the measuring results. The comparison results showed that two kinds of calculation formulae were suitble for different types of thread measurement.
