摘  要:近年来,我国深部真菌感染发病率逐年上升,侵袭性致病真菌越来越威胁到人类的健康。在我国,常见的致病真菌主要是以白念珠菌为主的念珠菌属致病真菌和以新型隐球菌为主的非念珠菌属致病真菌。目前,临床常用的抗真菌药物以唑类药物为主,其中氟康唑和伏立康唑的应用最为广泛。在临床致病真菌中,白念珠菌对唑类药物的敏感性较高,但其他的致病真菌如克柔念珠菌、新型隐球菌等对唑类药物的耐药现象严重。本文就国内临床常见的致病真菌以及其对唑类药物的敏感性进行综述,并对未来抗真菌药物研究方向和抗菌治疗方案进行展望。In recent years, the incidence of deep fungal infection in China has increased year by year, and the invasivepathogenic fungi are increasingly threatening the health of human beings. The common pathogenic fungi in China are Candida spp(such as Candida albicans) and non-Candida species (such as Cryptococcus neoformans). Azoles are the commonly used clinicalantifungal drugs, in which fluconazole and voriconazole are the most widely used. Among clinical pathogenic fungi, Candidaalbicans has a high susceptibility to azoles, while other pathogenic fungi such as Candida krusei and Cryptococcus neoformansexhibit a high resistance to azoles. In this paper, we reviewed the common pathogenic fungi in China and their susceptibility toazoles. Meanwhile, we made a prospect of the antifungal drugs research direction and the antifungal treatment in the future.
