摘 要:随着载人航天事业的快速发展,航天员的大脑状态调控以及警觉度提高技术成为航天人因工程研究热点和难点问题之一。为了探究beta段差频声刺激对大脑状态的调控作用,在Nback任务过程中进行了beta段双耳差频声刺激组和对照组平行实验。根据实验中的N-back反应时和正确率分类,划分成三组对beta频段差频声刺激敏感程度不同的受试人群,分别是敏感组、中间组和非敏感组,分析beta频段功率谱密度差值、(alpha+theta)/beta的比值、非线性特征样本熵和互信息脑网络等特征。结果表明,双耳差频声刺激的脑区激活存在个体差异性,对声刺激敏感的受试者,差频刺激下,脑电功率谱中的beta频段在右颞区能量增强(T4,p<0.005),T3电极处三组人群(alpha+theta)/beta比值具有显著差异性,敏感人群中刺激组样本熵值比对照组高10.53%,且互信息集群系数最高(0.971),脑网络信息交流增强,这说明差频声刺激能改变大脑的生理状态,在提高航天员的注意力和警觉度、对抗脑力疲劳方面具有应用前景。With the rapid development of manned space program, exploring new methods to improvethe brain physiological status effectively and rapidly is one of the hottest researches in the area ofspace human factors engineering. Binaural beat is a kind of acoustic stimulus mode, which is closelyrelated to the features of human brain waves, mental state and mood. In order to explore its correla-tion with the brain status, two sets of parallel experiments were designed for the beta band binauralfrequency stimulus group and the contrast group. According to the reaction time and accuracy rate ofN-back, subjects who had different sensitive degree to sound stimulus were classified into three dif-ferent groups: sensitivity group, middle group and non-sensitivity group. In the following procedure,the relevant EEG characteristics, sample entropy and Cross Mutual Information(CMI) were ana-lyzed. The results showed that after sound stimulation of binaural beats the sensitive subjects ap-peared a certain degree of energy increase (alpha + theta) / beta in T3 electrode of the three groups was significantly different, the sample en.tropy value of the stimulus group was higher(10. 53%)than the control group and the brain clustercoefficient of network information was highest (0. 971). It might indicate that binaural beats couldchange brain physiological status and have an great application prospect in improving attention andalertness and fighting with mental fatigue.
