新常态下高校工会构建和谐校园路径探析

摘　　要：在新常态下构建和谐校园,既是高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的需要,也是高校完善创新创业教育、提高高校教学水平和创新能力的需要。高校工会在构建和谐校园方面具有独特优势,应该以社会主义核心价值观为引领,从健全学校制度、维护教职工合法权益、丰富活动内涵等方面不断提高教职工民主参与的能力和水平,凝聚和谐力量,全面促进高校和谐校园建设。Under the“New Normal”, building harmonious Campus is essential not only for university education and implementing core socialistvalues, but also for universities to perfect the innovation and entrepreneurship education, as well as to improve teaching and creation education. Laborunions in universities have unique advantages in building harmonious campus. Hence, guided by core socialist values, they need to constantly enhanceemployee’s capacity in democratic participation, rally harmonious strength and comprehensively promote the construction of harmonious campus,which are highlighted in perfecting the system, protecting staff’s legitimate rights and interests, enriching the connotation of activities, and soforth.
