清脑头痛汤治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清脑头痛汤治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将158例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组50例氟桂嗪,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组108例清脑头痛汤(川芎、白芷、赤芍、白芍、玄胡、夏枯草、蔓荆子、藁本各10g,薄荷5g,菊花、柴胡各10g,细辛3g,防风5g,茯神10g,葛根15g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状评分、中医证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状评分、中医证候积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清脑头痛汤治疗偏头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of qingnao headache decoction on hemicranias.[Methods]158 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（108 cases） and control group（50 cases） with a randomized, parallel-controlled approach. The treatment group was treated with qingnao headache decoction（Chuanxiong, Angelica, Red peony, White peony root, Xuan Hu, Prunella, Vitex, Ligusticum10 g, Mint 5g, Chrysanthemum, Chaihu 10 g, Asarum 3 g, radix sileris 5 g, fushen 10 g, Pueraria 15g）, 1dose/d, decoction： 400 ml, Oral take, twice a day, while the control group was received oral flunarizine capsules, 5mg / times, 1 times / d. The treatment group and the control group were given a 30 d course of continuous treatment to observe their clinical symptoms, symptomatic score, TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction.[Results] In the treatment group, the clinical efficacy effective rate was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05） Compared with the control group, the clinical symptom score and TCM syndrome score of the treatmentl group had a significant improvement（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Qingnao headache decoction had a reliable curative effect which was no severe adverse effect, and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
