养阴清肺汤联合西药治疗慢性咽炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察养阴清肺汤联合西药治疗慢性咽炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例西地碘,1.5mg/次,3次/d;维生素B2,10mg/次,3次/d;地塞米松,0.75mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例养阴清肺汤(薄荷、桔梗各8g,百合、陈皮、麦冬、生地黄、川贝母、牛蒡子、牡丹皮、苦杏仁各10g,白芍12g,白花蛇舌草、玄参各15g,蒲公英20g;久咳不愈加沙参、五味子;咽部痒重加蝉蜕;声音嘶哑加蝉蜕、胖大海;咽部紫红加当归、桃仁、红花;咽部结节加生牡蛎、海藻;咽部异物感加浮小麦、郁金、厚朴;咽部黏膜萎缩加龟板、女贞子),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚饭前口服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、水肿、充血、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效18例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率96.32%。对照组痊愈4例,显效16例,有效8例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]养阴清肺汤联合西药治疗慢性咽炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Yangyinqingfei soup combined with Western treatment of chronic pharyngitis.[Methods] Randomized parallel controlled method,80 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.West to 40 cases in the control group containing iodine,1.5mg/time,3 times/d;vitamin B2,10mg/time,3 times/d;dexamethasone,0.75mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients Yangyinqingfei soup（Bohe,Jiegeng 8g,Baihe,Chenpi,Maidong,Shengdihaung,Chuanbeimu,N iupangzi,Mudanpi,Kuxingren 10 g,Baishao 12 g,Baihuasheshecao,Xuanshen 15 g,Pugongying 20g;cough not even more Shashen,Wuweizi;itchy throat weight plus Chantui,Pangdahai;hoarseness plus Chantui,Pangdahai;purple throat plus Danggui,Taoren,Honghua;throat nodules with Shengmuli,Haizao;pharyngeal foreign body sensation plus Fuxiaomai,Yujin,Houpu;pharyngeal mucosa atrophy plus Guiban,Nvzhenzi）,a/d,decoction 300 m L,morning and evening meals oral,150 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,edema,hyperemia,adverse reactions.4 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results] The cure 11 cases,18 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.32%.The control group recovered four cases,16 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Yangyinqingfei soup combined with Western medicine treatment satisfaction chronic pharyngitis,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
