补肾强骨通络汤联合针刺治疗中老年骨关节炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾强骨通络汤联合针刺治疗中老年骨关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组24例双醋瑞因,50mg/次,2次/d,早饭前晚饭后口服。治疗组24例补肾强骨通络汤（桑寄生、杜仲、补骨脂、骨碎补各15g,山药20g,山茱萸15g,菟丝子20g,牛膝15g,蜈蚣2条,伸筋草15g,地龙2条,黄芪30g,乳香15g,没药10g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;针刺（肾俞、脾俞、足三里、命门、关元、委中、太溪、腰阳关、阳陵泉、悬钟、阿是穴）,直刺得气后留针30min,2-3次/周,隔1-3天1次。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、关节压痛度评分、下肢功能评分（WOMAC）、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效3例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效1例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率54.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。VAS评分、关节压痛度评分、下肢功能评分治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]补肾强骨通络汤联合针刺治疗中老年骨关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Bushen Qianggu Tongluo Tang combined with acupuncture therapy in elderly osteoarthritis.[Methods] A randomized controlled study method, 48 cases of hospitalized patients hospitalized time Sort by using random number table, randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 24 patients were treated with diacerein capsules（50mg/times, 2times/d, oral breakfast meal the night before） treatment.Treatment group Bushen Qianggu Tongluo Fang（mistletoe 15 g, Eucommia 15 g, psoralen 15 g, Drynaria 15 g, Chinese yam 20 g, dogwood 15 g, Dodder 20 g, Achyranthes 15 g, centipede 2, lycopodii 15 g, ground dragon 2, Astragalus 30 g, frankincense 15 g, myrrh 10 g, decoction, 200ml/times, 2 times a day, breakfast and dinner the night before oral） combined with acupuncture（Shenshu, spleen, Zusanli, Vital, Guan yuan, the Commission in, too River, Yaoyangguan Yanglingquan, hanging bell, Ashi, 2-3times a week, every 1-3 days time）.Continuous treatment for 3 months. The clinical symptoms, VAS score, score joint tenderness, lower limb function scores and the like.[Results] Treatment group were cured in 3 cases, 18 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 87.5%. Group 1 cases were cured, effective in 12 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 54.17%. The clinical total effectivetreatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Clinical VAS score, score joint tenderness, lower limb function scores in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Bushen Qianggu s Tongluo Fang combined with acupuncture therapy in elderly osteoarthritis significant effect, can effectively control the disease, worthy of promotion.
