大株红景天化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:对四川产大株红景天的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱等方法分离纯化得到单体化合物,采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从大株红景天萃取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为lotaustralin(1)、仲丁基葡萄糖苷(2)、没食子酸(3)、3-甲氧基没食子酸(4)、没食子酸甲酯(5)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、苯甲醇(7)、阿魏酸(8)、对羟基肉桂酸(9)、棉黄素-7-O-(3″-O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)。结论:化合物2、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、5、8、9、10为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Rhodiola wallichiana. Methods： Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography（silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40 C and preparative HPLC）. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. Results： Ten compounds（1-10） were isolated and their structures were identified by comparing their spectral data with literature values as follows： lotaustralin（1）, sec-butyl-O-β-D-glycosidase（2）, trihydroxybenzoic acid（3）, 3-methoxytrihydroxybenzoic acid（4）, methyl gallate（5）, 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid（6）, benzyl alcohol（7）, ferulic acid（8）,4-Hydroxycinnamic acid（9）, gossypetin-7-O-（3″-O-β-D-glucosyl）-α-L-rhamnoside（10）. Conclusion： Compound 2 and 6 are isolated from the genus Rhodiola for the first time, compound 1, 5, 8, 9 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
