摘  要:受经济增速调整、人口总量增加、城镇化进程加快等影响,"十三五"时期我国食物消费进入总量增长、增速放缓、结构变化、转型升级时期。主要农产品消费需求与结构升级对我国粮食安全和主要农产品供需平衡提出了新挑战,对进一步优化重要农产品品种结构与生产力布局,明确重要农产品生产的优先序,提高重要农产品生产、加工和流通效率提出了新要求。为此,农业政策要做出适应性调整和完善,确保农产品生产总量、结构、质量、产业布局、产品贸易与消费趋势变化相匹配。Due to Economic growth adjustment,Population increase and urbanization,China's food consumption would enter a new period. The consumption demand and structure upgrade of main agricultural products are a new challenge to China's food security and the balance of supply and demand,the structure of agricultural products and the layout of productive forces should be optimized,priority of important agricultural production should be clear,and the efficiency of agricultural products production,processing and circulation should be improved. Therefore,agricultural policy must be readjusted and improved to make ensure the production,structure,quality,industry layout and trade to match with the consumption trend.
