摘 要:文章对大白菊和小白菊挥发油的表征进行了分析。目的:盐城洋马是我国大宗菊花药材产地,产量占全国菊花的70%以上,分析盐城洋马基地杭菊花的2种栽培变种(大白菊、小白菊)挥发油的化学成分,为其栽培类型的确立提供佐证。方法:提取大白菊和小白菊的挥发油,用归一化法测定相对含量,GC毛细管色谱柱进行分析,GC-MS法鉴定化学成分并进行比较。结果:从大白菊和小白菊挥发油中检出色谱峰分别为204个和198个,鉴定出化合物各为65个和58个,占挥发油总量的百分比分别为70.52%和68.45%。结论:大白菊和小白菊挥发油中共有成分为蒎烯、桧烯等化合物。相对含量最高的是石竹烯氧化物,在二者中的含量分别是15.7%和13.1%。结果为盐城洋马菊花栽培类型的确立提供了化学方面的佐证。This paper analyzes the characterization of chemical components of essential oil from cupitulum chrysanthemum morifolium cultivated in Yancheng Yangma. Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil extracted from two eultivars of chrysanthemum morifolium cultivated in Yangma Base of Jiangsu province. Method: The essential oil of two cultivars of chrysanthemum morifolium were extracted by water steam distillation and separated by GC capillary column chromatography. The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method, and identified by GC-MS. Result: 204 and 198 chromatographic peaks were detected, among them 65 and 58 components were identified. Conclusion: The result data provided the evidences to establish chrysanthemum morifolium cultivars and scientific basis for quality control of chrysanthemum.
