摘 要:研究不同浓度的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+)对厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥形成的影响。以血清瓶进行批次试验,分别投加0.300、0.045、0.060、0.075、0.090 mmol/L的金属离子并进行空白试验,考察颗粒污泥的形态、可颗粒化程度(SGR)、生物量、比厌氧氨氧化活性。结果表明:添加适量金属离子可以促进厌氧氨氧化污泥颗粒化。Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+)的最佳投加浓度分别为0.030、0.060、0.060 mmol/L,最佳投加浓度情况下,以Mg^(2+)的效果最优。The influences of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,and Fe^3+ having different concentrations on the formation of ANAMMOX granular sludge have been studied. Batch tests are carried out in Serum bottles by adding 0.300,0.045,0.060,0.075,0.090 mmol/L of metallic ions,respectively,so as to carried out blank tests. The influences of shape,granulated level(SGR),biomass,and specific ANAMMOX activity are investigated. The results show that adding appropriate amount of metallic ions can promote the granulation of ANAMMOX. The optimum dosage concentrations of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^3+ are 0.03,0.060,0.060 mmol/L,respectively. Among the three optimum concentrations,it is found that the effect of Mg^2+ is the best.
