摘 要:利用多生境功能菌(MEMA)强化泥水同步降解,开展污泥原位减量工程示范研究。结果表明:实施减量工程后吨COD产泥量由5.13 t降至3.30 t,比实施前降低35.7%。工程示范期间进水COD、NH3-N分别提高57.2%、55.1%,但出水均能满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B排放标准,削减量分别提高70.0%、65.8%。吨水耗电量与实施前持平,COD耗电量下降30%,相对耗药量未见增加。Multi-environmental microbial agent(MEMA) has been used for the reinforcement of mud-water synchronous degradation,and the demonstrative research on sludge in situ reduction project developed. The results show that after the reduction project has been implemented,the COD sludge output per ton is reduced from 5.13 t to 3.30 t,i.e. 35.7% lower than what it was before the implementation. During the demonstration period,although 57.2% of the influent COD and 55.1% of NH3-N are increased,the effluent can meet the requirements specified in Level l B of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002). 70.0% and 65.8% of their cutting capacities are increased,respectively,power consumption of water per ton is the same as what it was before the implementation,power consumption of COD is decreased by 30% and the increase of relative chemical agent has not been noticed.
