兖州卷柏乙醇提取物对食管癌细胞增殖及NO-cGMP通路的影响

摘　　要：采用体外培养人食管鳞癌细胞(EC-9706),观察兖州卷柏乙醇提取物对食管鳞癌细胞增殖的影响,并检测兖州卷柏乙醇提取物作用于食管鳞癌细胞后,一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、环鸟苷酸(c GMP)含量的变化;同时,观察兖州卷柏乙醇提取物对培养小鼠肝细胞的影响。结果显示不同浓度兖州卷柏乙醇提取物能不同程度地抑制食管鳞癌细胞的增殖,降低其细胞中NO、NOS和c GMP含量,且对培养小鼠肝细胞的损伤具有保护效果。Selaginella involven, an herbal medicine, was traditionally used to treat cardiovascular diseases. In this study, S. involven ethanol extract was applied to esophagus squamous carcinoma cell （EC-9706） cultured in vitro for evaluating its effect of inhibiting EC-9706 proliferation. Meanwhile, NO-cGMP pathway as a potential key gateway was investigated by determining the level variation of nitric oxide （NO）,nitricoxidc synthase （NOS） and cyclic guanosine monophos- phate （cGMP） in EC-9706, and hepatoprotective effects of S. involven were observed as well. The results showed that S. involven decreased the levels of NO, NOS and cGMP in EC-9706 ceils, and suppressed cell proliferation. In addition, S. involven showed hepatoproteetive effects on hepatic cell of mice cultured in vitro.
