摘  要:目的了解平顶山市2011-2013年布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)高危人群血清学筛查中初筛假阳性的现状,指导今后布病实验室检测工作。方法采用虎红平板凝集试验(Rose Bengal Plane Test,RBPT)进行初筛,阳性标本再进行试管凝集试验(Standard Tube Agglutination Test,SAT)确诊。结果 33份标本为RBPT初筛阳性SAT确认阴性,假阳性比例为40.24%。各年度间和不同人群间的假阳性比例差异均无统计学意义(χ2年度=0.89,P=0.64;χ2性别=0.46,P=0.50;χ2年龄=0.94,P=0.63;χ2职业=2.52,P=0.47;χ2民族=1.71,P=0.19)。对其中21份低滴度进行回顾性SAT检测,有2份转阳。结论要对RBPT阳性而SAT阴性的标本进行回顾性检测,进一步规范布病实验室检测,减少漏诊。Objective The study was conducted to find out the situation of samples positive by RBPT and negative by SAT in Pingdingshan city from 2011 to 2013. Methods The samples were tested by RBPT first,and the positive samples were tested by SAT at last. Results 33 samples were positive by RBPT but turned out negative by SAT,and the false positive rate was 40. 24%. There were no significant differences in the false positive rate of different years,and populations( χ^2y e a r s= 0. 89,P = 0. 64; χ^2g e n d e r= 0. 46,P = 0. 50; χ^2a g e=0. 94,P = 0. 63; χ^2o c c u p a t i o n= 2. 52,P = 0. 47; χ^2n a t i o n= 1. 71,P = 0. 19). 2 cases were turned out positive by retrospective testing. Conclusions In order to reduce missed diagnosis rate,it's important to carry out retrospective testing of the samples positive by RBPT and negative by SAT again,and normalizet laboratory tests of Brucellosis.
